Kameron's Plano West Football Family Picnic

At the end of Spring Football, Plano West has a BBQ for the players and their families.  Hayden and Taylor played football the whole time on the indoor practice field.

Hayden & Taylor

Down, Set, Hut-Hut!

Taylor and his football!

Watching Hayden run a route, which Taylor was suppose to throw the ball to him, but decided to keep it instead!

Taylor practicing his QuarterBack Skills!

He actually made it, so here he is trying to dig it out of the net!

Playing Soccer!

Taylor absolutely loves sports...you never know which one he is going to pick.  This day he wanted to play me in soccer!  He told me to..."Kick it hard, Mommy!"  Then he became a ball hog!

Me and My Soccer Ball - look at that face...he did not want me to take any photos!

Running to kick the ball away from me!

My Fire Truck!

Taylor is obsessed with fire trucks.  When we see or hear one while driving in the car he yells out..."Oh Mommy see the fire truck!" or "Oh Mommy, do you hear the fire truck!" - and he tells me to turn down the music and listen as he puts his little hands to cup his ears as he is trying to listen to every sound!

This is his second fire truck, the only difference is this one came with two firefighters!

He played with it for ever, making the sirens go off several times!

He likes to operate the ladder, making it go around and around as well as up and down!

He would also make the little firefighters climb the ladder.

Taylor Loves Rolly Pollies!

Now at Bat......Taylor Ryan Haddock

Taylor practicing his swing.

Watching as the ball goes flying in the air!

We played baseball for about 3 hours this day, I was worn out, but he just kept hitting!

Swing after swing...

If he thought it went far enough for a home-run, he would take of around his make believe bases screaming home-run...home-run!

Then back at bat trying for another homer!

This is his take off when he hit a homer, he would throw the bat and start running full speed!

Playing the Guitar Hero Drums with Cousin Brett!

After Mother's Day Lunch, the boys wanted to play the drums at Uncle Jason and Aunt Kimberly's house.  Taylor and Cousin Brett were rocking out!

Some serious drumming going on!

They were so funny playing together.

They kept trying to drum on the same one.

Once the two older boys were done, Cousin Carter started making music!

Playing Baseball with Hayden!

Taylor was so excited to play catch with his Big Brother!

Getting ready to throw a fast ball at Hayden!

Look at Taylor's face, he was laughing and smiling the whole time!

Daddy's Birthday!

We celebrated Mark's Birthday (May 6th) with his favorites...sushi, petit-fours, and presents!

Taylor at first was handing Daddy his presents, but...

Daddy was going too slow so Taylor decided to help him open the presents!

He could not figure out why it did not fit him!

Me & Uncle Ricky

Me and my Uncle Ricky at Mother's Day Brunch with the Haddock Family!  Taylor cannot wait for Uncle Ricky to take him fishing again.

Happy Mother's Day to all the Mothers and Grandmothers!

Being a mother the past 2-1/2 years and being a stepmom the past 4 years has been an amazing journey.  For me to be a mother is to hold the most important job in the world...

I enjoy every minute that I spend with my boys and I can't wait for all of the wonderful memories that I will make with each one of them!

Thanks to Mark, Jordan, Kameron, Hayden, and Taylor for making Mother's Day so special!  I also wanted to say thank you to my mom and dad, as well as Ron and Sandi for the sweet gifts.

Taylor's Pallet!

Taylor was so worn out the other day that he wanted to take a nap, which does not happen usually.  So he made a pallet all by himself.  He took the back cushions off of the sofa and placed them on the floor and fell fast asleep, very innovative at 2 years of age.

Sleeping with Doggie & Blankie!

Sweet Boy!

Spring Football has Arrived!

Oh yes, it is now time for Spring Football!  With the draft complete and the spring practices beginning, it is all about football!  Daddy let Taylor try on Kameron's football pads, which were twice his size, but Taylor loved it.  He even ran upstairs to grab Hayden's football helmet and then he insisted on throwing the football.

Sign me up, I am ready for some football!

The pads were so heavy, but he would not let me take them off!

Taylor suited up and ready to play football!

The New Mower!

This past Saturday, Taylor wanted to try out his new lawn mower!  He had been in the house the whole week prior mowing the carpet, but now came the time when all of the boys were out front doing yard work, so Taylor could not wait!  He ran around the front yard about 50 times pushing his lawn mower, it was priceless!

In deep concentration!

He kept looking back at Daddy to see if he was watching him.  When Daddy would respond "Great Job" or give him the thumbs up, Taylor would continue on his was mowing the grass.

Look at him go!

Putting some muscle into it!

Taylor had fun with Markers!

Taylor and I sat down to color the other day and in the time that I got up to get him some more apple juice he decided he would color himself!  It was so cute because he kept saying, "Mommy, I don't know what happened?"  When I tried to explain that we color on paper not on ourselves he just looked at me with the colorful marked face and said, "Look Mommy, green is here, blue is here and orange is here!"  So at least he is learning the colors - Right!?!?!?

"I don't know what happened?"

"Look Mommy, blue is right here!"
